Randall Worley, youngest son of career Southern Baptist missionaries, grew up in Spain and is fully bilingual. He holds degrees from Baylor University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is currently pursuing his PhD at B. H. Carroll Theological Institute in Arlington, Texas. He is married to Eli ("Ellie"), a native of Spain, and they have two children, Beth and Caleb. Randall sees the church not as a building but as the gathered body of Christ made up of the lives of those who follow him, bound together in God’s Spirit through worship, fellowship, witness, service, and discipleship. This church is called to reach out to all people groups with the message of reconciliation and eternal life in Jesus. He is a gifted teacher, experienced in discipling others, and committed to reaching all people with the gospel, both here and abroad.

Associate Pastor: Family Outreach
Doyle Fletcher was called to serve at Prairie Creek Baptist Church in 2016 after working as a church planter in both Russia and Poland for over 10 years with the International Mission Board. He loves to share and explain the Gospel in a way that is understandable to the hearer, desiring to be used by God to help connect Prairie Creek with the community. Doyle and his wife Karen were born, raised, educated, and lived in the Houston area with their 3 children until moving overseas in 2005...so not one of them is a Cowboys fan.
